This much loved pub on the North Norfolk coast is reopening after renovation ahead of the summer season. With strong summer footfall and a loyal local following year-round, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-volume seaside venue and shape its next chapter.


The Position:

  • Lead and support FOH & BOH teams

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver quality, consistent food

  • Manage day-to-day operations (bar, cellar, terrace, rooms)

  • Recruit, train and develop your team

  • Drive performance and maintain great guest experiences

  • Plan effectively for busy summers and quieter winter months


The Person:

  • Experience managing a food led pub or similar high volume venue

  • Comfortable with fast-paced summer trade and seasonal fluctuations

  • Commercially aware with a guest-first mindset

  • Hands-on, calm under pressure and community focused

  • Ideally experienced with high volume hospitality venues
