The Position:
Lead and support FOH & BOH teams
Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver quality, consistent food
Manage day-to-day operations (bar, cellar, terrace, rooms)
Recruit, train and develop your team
Drive performance and maintain great guest experiences
Plan effectively for busy summers and quieter winter months
The Person:
Experience managing a food led pub or similar high volume venue
Comfortable with fast-paced summer trade and seasonal fluctuations
Commercially aware with a guest-first mindset
Hands-on, calm under pressure and community focused
Ideally experienced with high volume hospitality venues
