is a non-profit social enterprise fully committed to making the hospitality profession healthier and more sustainable.
The Burnt Chef Project sell merchandise and courses to raise funds so that they can provide free support to the hospitality industry.
They also build the capability of owners, line managers and employees through training to enhance the awareness of mental health and open conversations.
By providing these services The Burnt Chef Project are challenging the stigma of mental health whilst beginning to create a culture of care and compassion which will improve recruitment opportunities whilst also reducing turnover rates.
