We’re working with a locally celebrated country pub and restaurant looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations and build the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and have your dishes shine!

 

The passionate owner is looking for a real team player and believes in rewarding hard work. You’ll grow with the business and have real input to all aspects of the operation whilst developing and inspiring the team to achieve great things!

 

Absolutely everything is made in house with a real focus on quality not quantity and collaborative ideas are always welcome!


What we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge and passion for cooking fresh, wholesome food

  • A current Level 3 Food hygiene certificate

  • Good knowledge of health and safety practises

  • A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to contribute positive ideas

  • Excellent understanding of cost management and food costings
