We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who knows how to run a busy service, build a strong team culture all while making guests feel genuinely welcome. This is a hands-on role in a high-quality pub with rooms, where standards matter, details count, and great leadership makes all the difference.

The Role
Leading and inspiring both Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver exceptional service
Supporting the General Manager to meet and exceed financial targets
Ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience
Recruiting, training, and developing team members
Managing wet stock and overseeing cash handling procedures
Working collaboratively with the wider management team
Creating a positive, motivated workplace where people can perform at their best
The Person
Previous management experience in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, or similar)
A hands-on leader who motivates and supports their team
Strong financial awareness and confidence managing stock and cash
A passion for delivering high standards of food, drink, and service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine desire to grow and develop within a forward-thinking hospitality group
