Salary: £30,500 + Paid Overtime & Bonus Scheme
Hours: 37.5 per week (evenings & weekends on a rota)
Annual Leave: 34 days (including bank holidays)

What you'll do:
Create a range of pastries, from classic afternoon teas to plated desserts for high-end events and formal dinners.
Contribute ideas for seasonal menus, particularly during busy conferencing periods.
Support the development of new dishes and enhance the overall dessert offering.
