We are seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join an award winning kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for precision, artistry, and flavour, eager to showcase their talent in a high-end setting.

 

You will be responsible for running the pastry section, developing seasonal menus alongside the Head Chef, and creating desserts that both delight and surprise. Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and consistency will be central to your role, as will managing stock, ordering, and cost control for the pastry section.

 

You will bring proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, a strong knowledge of pastry techniques and plated dessert presentation, and a natural flair for detail & creativity.
