Pastry CDP, Bury St Edmunds £27'000 + Tips (Michelin Level)

Bread Hospitality are working with this fantastic Award winning venue. Set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside this pub has undergone a sympathetic refurbishment and is recognised as one of the best places to visit for food.

We are seeking an ambitious Pastry Chef to support the Head Chef in the Pastry department of the kitchen, working closely with him to develop and push for a Michelin Star. The menu is 100% fresh and seasonal with ingredients sourced as local as possible. We are looking for a creative chef who is not afraid to push boundaries and experiment with exciting flavours. You will be baking bread daily, working with chocolate and creating beautiful deserts.

Person -

  • You will be an experienced Chef cooking to at least a 2 Rosette standard.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for the food and drink scene.
