I am looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join this established brigade that are pushing out 2 Rosette standard food from the stunning hotel restaurant. They want you to bring your own ideas to the table, show off your passion and skills and be a valued member of the team. There is a modern approach to food with a fantastic Head Chef at the helm only using fresh locally sourced produce.
