We’re looking for a Head Chef to take the reins of a stunning boutique hotel kitchen in Norfolk — a place where locals, guests, and wedding parties come for exceptional food and memorable experiences.


The Role

  • Create seasonal menus that showcase modern British cuisine and the best of Norfolk produce.

  • Lead the kitchen day-to-day, from breakfast to weddings and private events, ensuring consistency, quality, and flair.

  • Manage budgets, stock, compliance, and health & safety with confidence.

  • Work closely with the General Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

  • Inspire and mentor a small, passionate team, helping them grow and develop.

  • Build relationships with local suppliers and champion sustainable, fresh ingredients.


About You

  • Proven experience running a high-standard kitchen in a boutique hotel, fine dining, or events-led venue.

  • Calm, organised, and creative under pressure.

  • Confident leader who motivates and inspires their team.

  • Financially savvy, with experience managing budgets and stock.

  • Passionate about food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
