We’re looking for a Head Chef to take the reins of a stunning boutique hotel kitchen in Norfolk — a place where locals, guests, and wedding parties come for exceptional food and memorable experiences.
The Role
Create seasonal menus that showcase modern British cuisine and the best of Norfolk produce.
Lead the kitchen day-to-day, from breakfast to weddings and private events, ensuring consistency, quality, and flair.
Manage budgets, stock, compliance, and health & safety with confidence.
Work closely with the General Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Inspire and mentor a small, passionate team, helping them grow and develop.
Build relationships with local suppliers and champion sustainable, fresh ingredients.
About You
Proven experience running a high-standard kitchen in a boutique hotel, fine dining, or events-led venue.
Calm, organised, and creative under pressure.
Confident leader who motivates and inspires their team.
Financially savvy, with experience managing budgets and stock.
Passionate about food, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
