An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Head Chef to take charge of a landmark destination restaurant set in open Norfolk countryside. The restaurant operates from a beautifully renovated building, featuring an open kitchen, lounge and bar, boutique guest bedrooms and relaxed outdoor seating.


The Concept

A modern, produce-driven kitchen focused on refined British cooking, seasonality, and traditional techniques. Everything is crafted in-house — from breads and ferments to cured produce and more - showcasing menus built around carefully sourced local ingredients and changing larders.


The Role

You’ll lead, mentor, and inspire a close-knit kitchen team, drive high standards and consistency, and take ownership of menu development, food safety, stock control and supplier relationships. You’ll work closely with front of house and management to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience with your food at centre stage.


The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be an established Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up, with a genuine passion for ingredient-led cooking and a hands-on, calm leadership style. You’ll be organised, standards-driven and confident running a disciplined, creative kitchen.
