We’re recruiting on behalf of a much-loved, independently owned hospitality business that’s built a strong reputation for doing things properly — great food, warm service, and an environment that feels both relaxed and special. This is a venue where personality matters, standards are taken seriously, and the guest experience is everything.


This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, setting the pace of service, and supporting the team in real time. Training, mentoring, and developing the team will be a big part of the role, as this business really values building a strong, confident group of people who take pride in what they do.


We’re looking for someone with a strong service-led background in quality pubs, restaurants, or similar environments. You’ll be a natural leader who knows how to motivate a team, maintain high standards without overcomplicating things, and stay calm and organised during busy services. 


Please note this business is located on the rural outskirts of Norwich so requires your own transport
