Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking to make your mark in a unique kitchen? We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join the team in a beautifully restored 19th-century pub in the heart of North Norfolk.


The pub is a stunning cross between traditional country pub charm and a fresh, modern dining room. Specialising in small plates and sharing plates, the passionate team are committed to showcasing the best of Norfolk’s seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. With a menu that celebrates bold flavours, they pride themselves in offering diners a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable culinary experience.


What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Crafting Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present small plates and sharing dishes to the highest standard.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and a passionate kitchen team to deliver a dynamic, ever-evolving menu.

  • Creativity: Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.

  • Standards: Maintain strict health, hygiene, and food safety standards.

  • Leadership: Support junior staff, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
