Sous Chef, South Norfolk, £30'000 - £35'000 + £7K Tips

BREAD is delighted to be working with this beautiful 2 Rosette, Michelin recommended Restaurant on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.


We are seeking a Sous Chef with heaps of cooking experience to a refined 2 rosette standard. This is a very busy unit that knocks out stunning food, you will need to be ambitious, confident at high volume and have the desire to add the ‘wow factor’ to each of your dishes.


You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.
