Sous Chef, Norwich City Centre, £28'000 - £30'000 + Tips

Bread Hospitality are working with this established and well known Hotel in Norwich City Centre. This historical and independent hotel homes an award winning 2AA Rosette restaurant offering the best of local produce to a top fine dining standard.


We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen. The menu is 100% fresh with ingredients sourced as local as possible. We are looking for a creative chef who is experienced with fine dining. You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development as well as taking an active role in mentoring and training the junior members of the kitchen team.


We are looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie or established Sous Chef with the motivation and willingness to work at the highest level.


Person -

  • You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous who has experience working at a high standard.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.

  • Leadership and mentorship personality
