This highly-regarded fine dining restaurant with rooms is looking for an outstanding Head Chef to lead their successful team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef from a premium or hotel background who is ready to step up, with the support of an established Executive Chef on site.
The business offers a true farm-to-fork British menu, supported by its own kitchen garden and strong local suppliers. The operation includes a 70-cover restaurant, private dining, wedding & events, afternoon tea, Sunday roasts and outdoor BBQ dining during the summer, alongside a strong à la carte offer.
You'll get room to put your own stamp on the menu, with real scope to be creative and to make full use of the kitchen garden on site. Commercially, you will need to be comfortable running GP (72% target), keeping waste tight, managing ordering and wages, and building a strong, calm kitchen culture.
