We’re working with an independent pub and restaurant within a stone’s throw of the stunning North Norfolk coastal beaches. Recognised as a food led destination venue, the award-winning company is looking for a forward thinking General Manager to lead the operations and continue to build on a thriving, growing business.


You’ll be a hands-on, commercially driven General Manager committed to leading from the front and setting the standard for outstanding hospitality.


You’ll bring:

  • Proven GM experience in a quality, restaurant or pub with rooms

  • Strong food, wine and drinks knowledge

  • A track record of driving sales, controlling costs and delivering GP

  • Confident leadership and team-building skills

  • Solid understanding of H&S, food hygiene and licensing (Personal Licence preferred)
