This is an Award winning, boutique hotel, cooking to a 3AA Rosette standard ln stunning North Norfolk, overlooking the sea, this venue is absolutely beautiful, Owned and operated by the same family for decades. A stable and experienced team are knocking out some of the best food in the area and are looking for a Sous Chef to join the ranks, The outgoing Sous chef has been in the company for 10 years, That should tell you something!

A great salary package of over £40K, fabulous work life balance (evening service only! No lunch or splits!) and accommodation is available should you require! All we need from you is...

  • 2-3 years’ experience cooking in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette standard restaurant

  • Experienced in menu development and staff leadership

  • Passionate about working in all sections of the kitchen

  • A passionate and hard-working individual
