We’re working with a long-standing Michelin-starred gem in Norfolk that’s all about showcasing the region’s best seasonal produce — and they’re on the hunt for a Sous Chef with Michelin experience.


Working alongside a talented head chef, you’ll lead a tight, talented team delivering elegant, produce-led plates with precision. Leadership, consistency, and a love for the craft are key.


You:

  • Background in Michelin-level cooking – essential for this role.

  • Calm, driven, team-first mentality

  • Passionate about produce, seasonality, and standards
