Hotel Bar Manager, £31'000 OTE, Suffolk

Are you a passionate and experienced Bar Manager ready to lead the team in a renowned hotel in the heart of Suffolk? We’re seeking a hands-on professional to oversee the bar operations while supporting all aspects of service across the restaurant, lounge, and events.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring top-notch service and guest experiences.

• Maintain and improve standards of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence across all outlets.

• Drive sales and profitability, managing stock, margins, and payroll efficiently.

• Develop your team through training, coaching, and performance management.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure guests leave impressed every time.

About You:

• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role in a comparable establishment.

• Strong knowledge across bar, restaurant, breakfast, and events service.

• Commercially aware with an understanding of average spend, gross profit, and sales growth.

• Experience working to AA quality standards is essential; AA four red star experience is a bonus.

• Professional, enthusiastic, and ready to lead by example.
