We are seeking a confident, motivated Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join an intimate, award-winning restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a committed and ambitious team.

You will support the daily operations of the restaurant, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth service throughout. Responsibilities include managing bar stock and weekly ordering, handling reservations and guest enquiries, and maintaining high standards across both service and cleanliness. You will also play a key role in training and motivating junior team members.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and approachable natural born leader with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality.
