Critically Acclaimed Head Chef
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef with Michelin-star experience to join the brigade at one of the most well-established landmark destination restaurants in North Norfolk.
This role offers the opportunity to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a professional, high-performing kitchen, maintaining Michelin-level standards while contributing to the development of refined, seasonal menus using outstanding local produce foraged locally. You will play a key role in leading and mentoring junior chefs, ensuring consistency, organisation, and the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, with experience in Michelin-star or equivalent fine dining environments. You will be calm under pressure, detail-driven, passionate about produce-led cooking, and a positive, motivated team player.
