Restaurant General Manager – Beautiful Countryside Estate

 

Salary: Minimum Package of £50,000.00

Work-Life Balance: Only two evenings per week

Location: Rural estate setting (driving essential)

 

We are looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic Restaurant General Manager to lead a well-established countryside restaurant and events venue located within a stunning rural estate. Built around a true farm-to-fork ethos, the menu showcases estate-reared & homegrown produce, also showcasing the very best locally sourced ingredients.

 

The Role

 

You will oversee the full day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistently high standards. As a hands-on leader, you’ll motivate and support your team, work closely with the kitchen to manage costs and performance, and implement new ideas to further develop this successful venue.

 

About You

 

  • Experienced Restaurant General Manager from a 3 Rosette-level environment

  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service

  • Strong communicator with excellent team leadership skills

  • Commercially aware with solid budgeting and operational experience

  • Proactive, organised, and driven to grow the business

  • Energetic leader who always brings their A-game

  • Experience in events management (desired but not essential)
