We’re searching for an ambitious Sous Chef to help craft show-stopping dishes to the very highest standards. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll take a leading role in shaping an exceptional menu that celebrates both seasonality and artistry.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and inspire a brigade of talented chefs, ensuring consistency and excellence across every service.

  • Contribute to the development of innovative, world-class dishes that delight our guests.

  • Uphold the exacting standards of a fine dining kitchen, with a focus on precision, teamwork, and flair.

  • Play a key role in training, mentoring, and motivating the team.

  • Have access to a vehicle to be able to drive to site
