Dick's Bar is not your average cocktail bar. We're a cool, vibrant hangout in the heart of Norwich, serving up banging brunches, mouthwatering burgers, and top-tier cocktails in a laid-back, speakeasy-style setting.


 We're on the hunt for a Sous Chef who's passionate about bold flavours, creative plating, and keeping things fresh behind the scenes.


 What You'll Do:


  • Support the Head Chef in running a tight, efficient kitchen

  • Lead the team during busy brunch and lunch shifts

  • Keep the food looking and tasting amazing - every plate, every time

  • Bring your own flair and ideas to specials and menu development

  • Help manage stock, ordering, and kitchen cleanliness


What We're Looking For:


  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen 

  • A cool head under pressure and a genuine love for food

  • Reliable, creative, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
