Sous Chef, £40'000 OTE, Holt, Norfolk

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef who enjoys a busy service whilst keeping a big smile on their face and energises the team! Ideally, you will have a couple of years’ experience as a sous chef within a pub/restaurant and are keen to crack on with your career! You'll be teaming up with the Head Chef on menu development and running the day to day kitchen operations in their absence. Person -

  • You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous who has experience working at a high standard.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.

  • Leadership and mentorship personality

  • Calmness under pressure
