You will be joining a team with huge creativity to develop an unrivalled culinary experience for the guests. This is a business that is pushing for accolades and therefore you need to want to match that ambition.

Who are you....

  • Able to assist in the day-to-day management of a kitchen brigade.

  • You must love the buzz of service.

  • Be creative and innovative.

  • Know your numbers and control your margins.

  • Have a keen eye on presentation and creating that Wow factor.

  • Be organised, be a communicator and an inspirer.

  • Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under.


The offer

  • Basic salary at £38,000.00 pa.

  • Yearly bonus paid just before Christmas of a month’s salary.

  • Four days’ on, three off.
