Bread Hospitality have joined forces with some fantastic venues in East Anglia to help them recruit creative new Pastry Chefs.
The ideal candidates will be passionate about all thing’s pastry! Qualified and with a strong working knowledge and background in creating exciting delicate desserts, proper puddings and other sweet treats. We are seeking ambitious individuals, who are passionate about food and ingredients, can manage a pastry section and have a creative eye for detail.
Full day to day management of the pastry section
Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Able to create excellent gluten free and vegan items
