Pastry Chef, Norfolk, £30'000 - £35'000 + Tips

Bread Hospitality are working with this fantastic venue, set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, this hotel is recognised as one of the best places to visit locally. We are now seeking a Pastry Chef to support the existing and established team; you can push the menu forward and you will have full autonomy. The menu is 100% fresh and seasonal with ingredients sourced as local as possible. We are looking for a creative chef who is not afraid to push boundaries and experiment with exciting flavours. You will be baking bread daily, working with chocolate, creating beautiful deserts and afternoon tea.
