Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, buzzing kitchen environment?

We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Team Leader to join a friendly, family-run American-style restaurant known for its crowd-pleasing classics — think juicy burgers, loaded hot dogs, ribs, steaks, wings, pizzas, and stacked sandwiches.

This isn’t a fine dining setup — most of the prep is done for you, so success here is all about organisation, communication, and running a smooth service.

You’ll take charge of a small team (3–4 people), lead from the pass, and make sure ticket times stay on track while keeping energy and morale high in the kitchen.
