We’re working with a thriving independent hotel and events venue that’s building serious momentum, and now looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant General Manager with a strong Food & Beverage focus to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being at the heart of service. You’ll take the lead across the F&B operation, from busy restaurant services to high-volume events, driving standards, supporting the team on the floor, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from prep through to last orders. Alongside this, you’ll act as a true number two, helping oversee the wider hotel operation and stepping up whenever needed.

They’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring fresh energy, and lead from the front. A strong background in F&B is key, along with a passion for delivering great guest experiences and the confidence to manage fast-paced, service-led environments.
