Junior Sous / Sous Chef - Lowestoft £26'000 - £28'000 + Tips

BREAD has teamed up with this newly refurbished hotel near Lowestoft to seek an ambitious Sous Chef to work with a newly appointed highly skilled head chef to take the menu offering to a new level.


The hotel changed hands a few years back and is now known as one of the top places to visit amongst locals and holiday makers alike. It is independently run with a great reputation for looking after their staff. If you would like to work with true professionals who put their people first, then this is the role for you!


We are seeking a chef who simply loves food and lives to cook! There is so much opportunity here to be creative and add your ideas and style to the menu. There is already a well-established team in place so flexibility around working hours is there.


Person -

  • You will be an experienced Sous Chef or ambitious Chef De Partie with great fresh food cooking experience.

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual who enjoys working within a close friendly team.

  • Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.
