BREAD is delighted to be working with this busy gastro put with rooms looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef to join their award-winning brigade.


We are seeking a candidate with a great level of fresh cooking experience at high volumes. This is busy kitchen with 10 chefs in the brigade. You will be instrumental in the day-to-day service, operation and management of the kitchen and the junior chefs.


You will be working with the Head Chef on all menu development. The perfect candidate would be ambitious, creative and can think fast on their feet!

Person -

  • You will be an experienced Junior Sous Chef or ambitious Chef De Partie who has experience working at a high volume of covers

  • You will be a driven, hardworking, and friendly individual wanting to progress within their career.

  • Have a real passion for the Norfolk food and drink scene.

  • Be able to work in each section of the kitchen independently.
