As you know first impressions count, which is why they are looking for a House Keeping Manager to help maintain their already prestigious presentation standards. So, if you have an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for directing an excellent team then this is the role for you.
Facilitating the smooth running of the Housekeeping Department.
Responsible for managing the team of housekeepers / room attendants to ensure high levels of cleanliness are always maintained.
Preparing rotas and co-ordinate staff levels in the department according to business needs.
Ensure that all hotel standards are met in line with quality, cleanliness, health and safety and business needs.
Attend management meetings, as required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role is required.
Proven people management experience, including managing poor performance.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal and leadership skills including communication and team building.
An awareness of Health and Safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance within the team.
Strong team working ethic with the capability to take responsibility for the team.
Works well under pressure.
