Bread Hospitality have joined forces with this fantastic, busy seaside, food led pub in Suffolk to help them recruit a creative new head chef.
The ideal candidate would be a real ‘foodie’ with a strong background in creating exciting menus using the freshest, local, and seasonal ingredients possible. The kitchen operates at a 1-2 rosette standard and are they are seeking an ambitious individual, who is passionate about food and ingredients, can manage a kitchen and has a creative eye for detail.
The Responsibilities….
Full day to day management of the kitchen
Create an exciting weekly changing specials board.
Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment, training and development and other management duties.
Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
