Bread Hospitality are proud to be working with this family run cafe offering the best fresh, local, and seasonal produce in the South Norfolk area!
We’re looking for an incredibly talented head chef to take the reins and lead a well-oiled team at this already well-established restaurant and push the menu and offering to the next level. The restaurant opening hours are 8:30 – 16:00 so this role would be daytime hours only, with a flexible breakfast and lunch service working pattern!
The ideal candidate would be a real gastronomist, with a strong background in creating exciting menus using local suppliers and creating their own twist on the classic lunch/breakfast offering.
You would also be required to show an exceptional financial understanding of kitchen management and GP controls.
The Responsibilities….
Full day to day management of the kitchen
Full menu creation
Managing the kitchen GP
You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, training and development and other management duties.
