Head Chef - Holt - 33K - 34K + Perks (DAY SHIFTS ONLY! 8am - 5pm approx.)

Bread Hospitality has teamed up with this fantastic multi award winning fresh food café near Holt. Our brief is to find a creative Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef to lead an exciting, junior team at this popular café and farm shop. They are looking to offer a unique menu which can showcase the best local produce available.


The ideal candidate would be a real ‘foodie’ with a strong background in creating exciting menus using local suppliers and creating their own twist on the classic lunch offering.


We are seeking a talented individual who has the creative ability to transform ingredients onto the plate. You would also be required to show an exceptional financial understanding of kitchen management and GP controls.


The Responsibilities….

  • Full day to day management of the kitchen

  • Full menu creation

  • Managing the kitchen GP

  • You must possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing a full kitchen team – briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, training and development and other management duties.

  • Having the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • £33K-34K

  • Day shifts only (8.00am – 5pm)
