We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to take the helm of the kitchen at a celebrated country house restaurant and hospitality destination that prides itself on culinary excellence and seasonal creativity. As the business continues its exciting growth trajectory, the current Head Chef is stepping into an Executive Chef role creating a rare opportunity for a talented culinary leader to shape and elevate the kitchen’s day-to-day and guest-facing experience.
At the heart of the role is a commitment to menus that celebrate the very best of local and seasonal produce. The dining experience combines refined country house dining with vibrant pub and garden-inspired fare, where menus draw on regional bounty and change with the seasons.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate culinary professional with a proven track record of delivering consistently high-quality, creative food in a busy, multi-facet hospitality environment. You will lead and inspire the team, guiding daily service in both the elegant restaurant and the lively pub setting, while balancing commercial performance with culinary integrity.
