We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at an award-winning gastropub based in South Norfolk who proudly hold 2 AA Rosettes. The venue is known for its seasonal menus, local ingredients, and personable service.


The Ideal Candidate:


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef

  • Passion for fresh food, quality, and innovation

  • Drive to push the food offering and business

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of kitchen management, GP, stock, and safety standards

  • Commitment to high standards, training, and consistency
