We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at an award-winning gastropub based in South Norfolk who proudly hold 2 AA Rosettes. The venue is known for its seasonal menus, local ingredients, and personable service.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef
Passion for fresh food, quality, and innovation
Drive to push the food offering and business
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of kitchen management, GP, stock, and safety standards
Commitment to high standards, training, and consistency
