We’re working with a cracking food-led pub with rooms on the stunning Suffolk coast, and they’re on the lookout for a hands-on, people-first General Manager to take the reins. This isn’t just your average pub gig—it’s the kind of place where locals feel at home, weekenders come to unwind, and the food and drink keep everyone coming back for more.

You’ll be leading a passionate and committed team, so we’re after someone who’s just as happy rolling up their sleeves during service as they are sitting down with the numbers. Whether you’re pulling pints, checking in guests, running the pass, or keeping an eye on the P&L, you’ll bring energy, warmth, and a real eye for detail to everything you do
