Bread Hospitality are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Hospitality professional to manage all aspects of multiple Front of House operations within this prestigious college - these include a Café, Bar, Private Dining, and events. As Front of House Manager, you will report to the Catering and Events Manager and will be responsible for the training and development of the Front of House team.
As Front of House Manager, you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service across all the operations, managing customer feedback, enthusiastic and professional attitude, be self-motivated, have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work well under pressure with a tolerant and calm demeanour.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of all operational areas.
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
To inspire, motivate and encourage creativity in the Front of House team.
Financial Accountability of stocktakes and margin controls.
Recruiting, training, and developing all staff.
Working with the wider management team across the college to improve standards and service delivery.
Contribute towards the strategic direction of the business.
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.

37.5 hours contract.
