We're looking for a hands-on F&B Manager to lead food and beverage operations across a boutique hotel and nearby sites in North Norfolk. This role offers autonomy, creativity, and the opportunity to shape a relaxed yet high-quality guest experience.


You’ll be working closely with a renowned Executive chef who is looking to collaborate with a seasoned professional to help build on the already outstanding reputation for excellent food and quality service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations across all venues

  • Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction

  • Manage stock, ordering, and cost controls

  • Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations

  • Optimise staffing and scheduling for efficiency
