Are you an accomplished Executive Chef with a passion for exceptional food and a proven track record across multi-site operations? Do you thrive in delivering outstanding culinary experiences across a range of environments — from stylish cafés and restaurants to large-scale events and bespoke private dining?


We are working with a fantastic business known for quality, excellence and a focus on innovation. They're entering a dynamic new phase of growth and they are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead their talented kitchen teams across multiple locations.


You will oversee all culinary operations across a vibrant mix of food & beverage outlets and events spaces, ensuring exceptional food quality, creative menu development, and operational excellence. Supporting, training and inspiring the team is key with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and inspire a team of chefs across multiple kitchens, maintaining consistently high standards

  • Develop seasonal, trend-led menus that reflect the brand’s premium positioning

  • Collaborate closely with events and retail teams to deliver memorable dining experiences for everything from intimate functions to large-scale corporate events

  • Ensure effective cost control, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency across all sites

  • Foster a positive, inclusive kitchen culture focused on growth, development, and excellence

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

  • A proven Executive Chef with experience in multi-site or group-level roles

  • Strong background in premium/high-end events catering and volume hospitality

  • Creative, commercial, and customer-focused — with a flair for innovation and attention to detail

  • A confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy, structure, and mentorship to their teams

  • Comfortable working in partnership with operations, events, and retail colleagues to shape an exceptional food and drink offer
