Bread Hospitality are working with an outstanding business in the North Norfolk countryside who are now seeking to employ an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead, develop, and manage a whole new team when they open their doors for business for the very first time in the coming months.
We are seeking ambitious candidate with strong restaurant management experience within a high-volume fresh food gastro pub or equivalent. The role is available for immediate start due to the recruitment and training of all staff required prior to the grand opening. This business is independently owned and has undergone an extensive refurbishment.
As AGM you will be required to set the example for impeccable customer service and build great rapport with both guests and the staff. You will know what ‘great service’ is and be able to deliver this day in, day out. You will have a proven track record of being able to use your own initiative to add the ‘wow factor’ and delight the guests whilst at the same time being sensitive to the commercial needs of the business.
The Responsibilities -
Day to Day Management of lunch, and dinner services
Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
Deputising for the GM
Ensuring allergens are always up to date and available for guest requests.
Recruiting, Training and Developing of all staff.to increase turnover and profitability.
Implementing and managing all standard operating procedures.
Continually Improving and maintaining high-quality Customer Service.
