Weddings & Events Co-ordinator - Fakenham - 22K-25K + Perks

Bread Hospitality are delighted to be working with this prestigious North Norfolk Venue, looking to recruit a personable and experienced Events Co-ordinator to actively support the Wedding & Events team in all aspects of event delivery.


As Events Co-ordinator, you must be open to flexible working hour and have a warm, personable nature, a can-do attitude, and an exceptional eye for detail. You much be fun, confident, polished and enjoy client relationship building with clear planning and organisational skills.


The Responsibilities –


  • Being the point of contact for wedding and event clients and answering any queries they might have.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across teams.

  • To assist in achieving the Events team’s annual income targets by providing sales support; managing written and verbal enquiries for both private and corporate events, preparing agendas and reports, filing, taking phone messages

  • Ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and delivered.

  • You will use your keen eye for detail to help maximise revenue.

  • Producing accurate, detailed function sheets

  • Collating client information to assist in the planning stages of an event.

  • Arrange and deliver show-rounds to potential clients working around their schedule, arranging transport, booking accommodation

  • To provide direct operational support by assisting in the delivery of events, to include client management, kitchen/back of house management, bar management including cash/bar facilities, room and furniture set-up
