We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy brunch kitchen to work closely with the Head Chef and help lead daily kitchen operations, maintain high food standards, and support and develop the team.

 

What you'll do:

  • Support menu preparation and service

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff

  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

  • Manage stock and minimise waste

  • Help deliver smooth, efficient kitchen operations

 

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Sous Chef or senior kitchen supervisory experience

  • Strong cooking and food preparation skills

  • Confident leader with excellent organisational skills

  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
