General Manager, Norwich Outskirts, £45k OTE, 5 Days on / 3 Days off

We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the team at this award-winning gastropub just outside Norwich.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and success of the business. Working with a strong management team, collectively you will oversee daily operations, lead and manage the team, whilst ensuring exceptional service standards are achieved across the bar, restaurant and events.

The Position

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team

• Manage day-to-day operations across bar, restaurant and events

• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high service standards

• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional food offering

• Oversee staff recruitment, training and rota management

• Maintain strong standards in compliance, health & safety and operational procedures

• Build relationships with local guests and the community

The Person

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader

• Passion for quality food, drink and customer service

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs

• Confident managing a busy premium gastropub environment

• Hands-on and motivated with a positive attitude

The Package

• £40,000 salary per annum
