An independently owned Pub and Restaurant is looking to recruit a talented and inspirational Sous Chef. This is a fresh food business serving a menu full of gastro pub classics using fresh, local ingredients. You could be a current sous chef looking for a change, and head chef looking to take a step down or a Chef de Partie looking to progress.

This a a great opportunity with a salary of £35,000.00 as well as some attractive tips on top of your salary. The business runs a 4-day week rota with straight shifts.
