This fantastic hotel is looking for an experienced sous chef to help lead their team and elevate their offering. 

Offering everything from elevated a la carte, light bits, snacks, breakfast and afternoon tea you'll get the opportunity to create a diverse range of dishes using classic British ingredients with lots of interesting twists and additions.
