Support Head Chef in the general running of the kitchen and the Restaurant Manager in the running of service and front of house
Run kitchen with pride and passion to the standard set by Head Chef
Know all sections in the kitchen in order to rotate and cover, including pastry
Have a sound knowledge of local restaurants / competition
Contribute with new marketing and revenue generation ideas on a monthly basis
