This is an exciting opportunity for a Rosette experienced Sous Chef with the desire to excel in their career. This venue cares about the team as much as the customers, working together as a family they are achieving great things and they aspire to get a Michelin Star, Are you capable of helping them achieve this? Working with the best ingredients, developing the team, supporting the Head Chef and having fun with it at the same time, Sound good? Expectations

  • Support Head Chef in the general running of the kitchen and the Restaurant Manager in the running of service and front of house

  • Run kitchen with pride and passion to the standard set by Head Chef

  • Know all sections in the kitchen in order to rotate and cover, including pastry

  • Have a sound knowledge of local restaurants / competition

  • Contribute with new marketing and revenue generation ideas on a monthly basis
