  • Average shift 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri but flexi hours available 

  • Hybrid working available (2 days at home)

This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive hospitality group as admin coordinator behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. 


This is a varied role that sits at heart of the business, working closely with the MD, site teams and management - playing a key part in delivering a seamless guest experience across all venues. With genuine flexibility, a trusting culture and a strong salary package, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and being part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to central email inboxes and phone lines 

  • Supporting communication between sites and head office

  • Ensuring processes and systems are consistent across all sites

  • Work closely with site managers to uncover any sticking points or repetitive issues and come up with solutions

  • Ensure company values are upheld across the board 

  • Work with MD on ideas and opportunities to grow product, sites and company
