This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive hospitality group as admin coordinator behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
This is a varied role that sits at heart of the business, working closely with the MD, site teams and management - playing a key part in delivering a seamless guest experience across all venues. With genuine flexibility, a trusting culture and a strong salary package, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and being part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and responding to central email inboxes and phone lines
Supporting communication between sites and head office
Ensuring processes and systems are consistent across all sites
Work closely with site managers to uncover any sticking points or repetitive issues and come up with solutions
Ensure company values are upheld across the board
Work with MD on ideas and opportunities to grow product, sites and company
